Stands for California Pizza Kitchen. My favorite things to eat here are the grilled vegetable salad and thin crust pizzas. If I was on a diet, I would eat the grilled vegetable salad all the time. - It's not your ordinary salad. - It has grilled asparagus, Japanese eggplant, zucchini, green onions and roasted corn over Romaine lettuce, fresh avocado, and sun-dried tomatoes in their homemade Dijon balsamic vinaigrette. You can even add chicken, salmon, or shrimp if you'd like. All their pizzas are pretty good and you can make any of them thin crust (I like the crispy, crunchy end). I also like getting some of the Jamaican jerk sauce (from the Jamaican jerk chicken pizza) on the side to drizzle on top of any pizza I order. It's a sweet and tangy sauce so try it first before putting it on your pizza. They've also just came out with a "small cravings" menu for appetizer size dishes.

Grilled Vegetable Salad - add chicken, salmon or shrimp and you've got a good meal!
