During our road trip to Hearst Castle, we stopped by Santa Barbara for breakfast at Tupelo Junction Cafe.

Menu:
1. Fresh-squeezed mimosas $8 - always so tempting!
2. Smoked bacon, spinach, carmelized onion, tomato & gouda cheese scramble $14 - light, fresh, and easy to eat. A little bit of "salt" before we ate our "sweet" dishes.
3. Waffle Lady's pumpkin oatmeal waffle $12 - wow, pumpkin tastes good in a waffle! This one caught me by surprise. If you really like it a lot, they sell the pumpkin waffle mix here so you can make it any time at home.
4. Vanilla dipped french toast with homemade berry syrup $12 - that homemade berry syrup is incredibly delicious! I saw another table order this and I knew I had to try it.

This was another new place for us to try and we all left full and satisfied.

Bon appetit!~!

Sending love,
