Realistic Expectations

Plan to plan for success...

We tend to put off things until "tomorrow" which sometimes ends up being the next day then the next day then the next day. Before you know it, a week has gone by and things are still the same. I'm totally guilty of this. It happens and it's okay. What does it mean though? For me, I take it as a sign that the mind needs a mini break to "recharge." Before our to-do list probably include 2-4 items and now? It's more likely that there's 10+ things to do daily. As ambitious as that sounds, it's also not a realistic expectation. So let's plan for success! Break up big goals into monthly goals and break down what to get done weekly. Prioritizing is key but so is being flexible in case of any surprise changes.

What are some of your tips to stay organized? Honestly, I'm such a huge lover of a planner and pretty much write down all my to-do lists and goals on there. My planner is my life saver!

{FASHION TIP: Black and white is always a great combo! Sometimes you just need to leave it as that.}
