The name is actually deceiving. You would think that it's just a bakery but, really, they have great Armenian food here at Jack's Bakery! This little hole-in-the-wall did such a good job of hiding from me all my life. Apparently I've driven past it countless times and never saw it.
Last week the bf brought some home for me to try before class. This was when I first got to sample the chicken and beef. Verdict: I normally like eating chicken but I must say that the beef was really flavorful. Can I say ahhh-mazing? With that, we just had to go back again this week to try the lamb kabobs (picture above). These were delicious as well and if you're a lamb person, please note that you need to call in a day in advance for all lamb orders. They like to prep and marinate the lamb meat beforehand so all the yummy flavors can soak in. Eater beware, you're in for a savory treat.
