Polka Dots + Mesh

I've been on the hunt for a cute polka dot top and this one is perfect! It has a black trim and high-low hem cut. I thought it was going to be cold yesterday so I wore my mesh leggings and then it turned out to be hot. And today I'm wearing a skirt and it's kind of cold. I am so off with the weather right now haha
