Hot Springs Day Tour near Valencia, Spain [photo diary]

Get outside the city and go on a day tour...

For one of our days in Valencia, Spain we decided to venture out a little. We booked a Hot Springs Day Tour (HERE) that took us about an hour outside the city. The day tour included seeing waterfalls, swimming to a hot spring with a sandwich break after (pictures/videos on our GoPro), hiking through nature, and witnessing a water dam up close - plus a tapas style lunch (including the best olives we tried in Spain)! Plus a pit stop to pick up the juiciest cherries ever (drooling here just thinking about it again). Pretty good deal if I must say so myself. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. If you're an outdoor nature person, you'll totally love doing these tourist activities. See below for more pictures of our wilderness adventure day!

What types of outdoor activities do you like to do when traveling? For me, I think the easiest thing would be hiking. You get to explore your surroundings and enjoy an amazing view at the same time. Win-win.

{TRAVEL TIP: Pack frozen bottles of water with you and wear a hat. Trust you need them both!}

    If you enjoy playing sports, you might opt for paddle tennis. To do so, it's essential to have well-maintained and properly equipped courts available.
