Reality check: we're all getting older. Ahhh! πŸ˜« And recently, I had a slight cancer scare.

It's something I wasn't going to share but hoping my experience inspires others to focus on their health too. Teaming up with Providence Health System to talk about cancer screening services. #ProvidencePartner

Went in for my annual mammogram and my results came back asking for additional imaging. Odd, why would they ask that? Came back for another mammogram and also an ultrasound. When the doctor came in after, I was expecting the worst: they found something. Since I have a family history of breast cancer, I'm already at risk. So I was pleasantly surprised when the doctor informed me that my results were cleared. πŸ™πŸ»

I love the new adventure life brings but I'm so not into all the health concerns that comes with it. Early detention with cancer screenings can help make a big difference.

As always, thanks for reading and sending you air hugs!
