An Unusual Vegas Trip

In Vegas but not in Vegas at the same time.

My sisters and I went to Vegas to attend a wedding. I've never been to a Vegas wedding before so I didn't really know what to expect...the wedding took place in this hidden garden area at Caesar's Palace. The outdoor scenery was absolutely beautiful and I felt like, for a second, I stepped into my own little Gossip Girl set (if any of you watch the show, it reminded me of Lily and Rufus' wedding).

Now what made this an unusual Vegas trip was because we didn't do anything "Vegas" like. Seriously! No walking the strip. No clubbing. No drinking (besides a couple cocktails at the wedding). It was a 1 day, 1 night trip because the next day we had to leave early to catch a friend's baby shower. All that driving around really made me tired and I'm not so good at that. I like my 8 hours of sleep so this was definitely a rough weekend for me. Then it took me the rest of week to recover. Must be signs of old age. *sighhh*
