Aerial Hoop Poses at Urban Aerial Fitness

As summer rolls in, we can't help but to think about getting into shape. Got to get ready for that bikini beach body right? Well, I'm here to share a new fitness activity to try! Allow me to introduce you to the skilled art of aerial hooping. I've been going to Urban Aerial Fitness in Fountain Valley for some time now (thanks to FitN/Wildfire Life, an app that let's you try different fitness classes at different studios with just one membership!) and got to try a couple aerial hoop classes. It's such a fun workout and helps build arm strength as well - win win! Below are three aerial hoop poses that I've picked up after taking a couple classes. I can't wait to go back and learn some more!
