Love at first try...

Ever run to the mall in search of the perfect dress? But don't have a lot of time to shop around? This happens to me all the time as I'm totally guilty of last minute shopping! Since I tend to do most of my buying online now, I've been avoiding the mall so when I do make it to an actual store, I just want to have a quick stop-and-go. Luckily, shopping at Banana Republic makes it a breeze to find something fabulous for any occasion especially if you're extra petite like me! In fact, whenever I'm here, I head straight to the petite section and scan the racks until something makes my eyes pop. Since I was about to head out for dinner, I wanted to wear something nice but also comfortable at the same time. Voila! This silky smooth floral dress was seriously love at first sight and am quite obsessed with the deep plum color for transitioning from summer to fall. And when I tried it on, it fit like a glove so you know, I had to get it. I was literally in and out of the Banana Republic store in less than 20 minutes - YES, less than 20 minutes. It was definitely a great shopping experience and why this has become one of my favorite places to shop!

What do you like to buy at Banana Republic? When I first shopped at Banana Republic (years ago) when I was in New York city, I was quite a fan of their petite winter coats. Now, as a working professional, I've grown quite fond of their petite business pants. They are super comfortable with the perfect fit. This was actually my first dress I've ever gotten there (and, truth be told, I got another dress too) and I was impressed at their fabric quality and style design - love, love, LOVE.
