I'm a big fan of yoga and love doing daily stretches. My body tends to get achy so it's a must! It's #NationalYogaMonth and I've partnered with @Work2BeWell to share one of my favorite yoga poses: the Warrior 2 pose which helps to increase circulation in your body.
What's great about yoga poses is that you can do them almost anywhere - at home, the gym, or even at the park! By spending 10-15 minutes a day doing yoga stretches, you can start noticing changes in your body including reduced stress, improved posture, and more flexibility too.

As my body ages I can tell the daily yoga stretches help. Since I get so busy (and distracted) easily, I try to do some stretches in the morning and squeeze in more throughout the day whenever I have time. A little bit can go a long way. Just remember to listen to your body and take some time out for you when you need it.
