Sometimes getting away helps to free the mind, free the soul, free the heart. We often get so busy in our every day lives and fall into a continuous routine. I know, I'm surely guilty of this which is why I've been yearning to travel more - to get away from the busy city life - and enjoy relaxing in some place new. These pictures were taken back in May during my birthday road trip to Arizona where we stopped by Sedona and explored the nature-inspired city. It was a quick weekend getaway but so refreshing at the same time. Now I'm itching for another road trip!
