Are you a brunch person? I am! And one of my favorite brunch places is Rusty Pelican in Newport Beach. I've ranted and raved about this place before here so you can tell I really like if I'm mentioning it again.
I mean, a good meal with an awesome view AND unlimited champagne?!? I don't know how anyone would not like this place.
